Remedial/Therapeutic Massage

This deep tissue massage helps relieve pain in specific areas. Gentle to deep pressure levels are used depending on what your needs are and the condition of the muscles. This deeply relaxing massage is perfect for anyone needing to de-stress. We recommend an epsom salts bath the evening after your massage as this will allow a good dose of magnesium into the muscles and will assist in clearing away lactic acid.

Pregnancy Massage

In this wonderful massage we use the Belly Pillow ®, which has been designed specifically for this use, allowing you to lie on your front in a fully supported position while easing any pressure on your back. Pregnancy massage eases neck, back, hip and leg pain, increases circulation and decreases stress. The stillness and relaxation that this massage brings allows any anxieties to wash away and is the perfect time for mother and child bonding.

Holistic Massage

Holistic massage is a combination of remedial techniques and energy healing using reiki and tibetan singing bowls. The use of these combined techniques throughout the massage balances the bodies subtle energies, releasing physical and emotional tension and stress.

Hot Stone Massage

Using beautiful healing hot stones, sourced from NZ, Indonesia and Asia, this therapeutic massage melts away muscular tension providing a sense of deep calm. The energy within the stones is able to unlock and shift stagnation in the body providing rejuvenation and balance to both the physical and emotional state. A very nurturing treatment.

A Japanese acupressure massage that works with your meridians, restoring a harmonious flow of energy throughout your body and mind.

Reflexology

A reflexology massage focuses on specific reflex points on your feet that map out areas of your body, stimulating healing in the associated organs, glands and structures. This treatment is relaxing and restorative, and is safe in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Great for insomnia, anxiety, digestive disorders and PMT, and is suitable for all ages.
